The Nana Kwasi Osew Foundation emerges from Dr. George E. Gyamfi-Osew’s distinguished career and commitment to developing/empowering African youth and developing communities through education, technology, and skills development. Drawing from his extensive leadership experience, Dr. Gyamfi-Osew envisions a foundation that bridges the digital divide while strengthening community foundations for sustainable growth.
Leadership Background
Dr. George E. Gyamfi-Osew is a distinguished Chartered Marketer and Chartered Management Consultant of international repute bringing a wealth of experience in executive leadership. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in Ghana’s development through his expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement. His outstanding contributions have earned him several prestigious awards, including the Ghana Business Leaders Lifetime Achievement Excellence Award in April 2022, the Porto Business School Honorary Lifetime Award in November 2023, and the Ghana Gaming and Lottery Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024.
In recognition of his exceptional service, Dr. Gyamfi-Osew was installed as the Okuapehene Sompahene(a title meaning “A Selfless Servant with the Heart of Philanthropy”) in January 2023, with the stool name, Nana Kwasi Osew. This honor highlights his deep commitment to community development and philanthropy. Nana Kwasi Osew’s vision for empowering the youth through technology and fostering community development continues to drive the foundation’s strategic direction, underscoring his dedication to sustainable development and positive societal change.
